The Opportunity Gallup’s Process Managers create efficiencies, strengthen processes, increase success rates, and wrap processes around new R&D. Process Managers are engineers who are responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures used to create, assemble, and process all of Gallup’s products and deliverables across all practices. This individual will work to improve overall processes and related issues, including: • observing and studying system functioning and performance results • creating process documentation & problem solving • determining process objectives, such as efficiency, cost savings, and quality • partnering with practice managers regarding process development for new products and deliverables • partnering with our MIS/IT team regarding the use of technology • communicating process changes and best practices • designing, installing, and debugging of any new systems or procedures A bachelor’s degree in a process/operations or engineering area is required. A master’s degree/MBA is preferred. Detail orientation and the ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, and devise solutions that improve production processes are also required.
