World Class REAL ESTATE MANAGER
Real Estate ManagerGrowing Real Estate Company is openning another office in Bonita, and is looking for a world class Real Estate Sales Manager to support the growth of an up and comming Real Estate Company. Must be licensed with at least 5 years managing expirence in the Real Estate field. Basic Skills Required Meticulous--you have a fine eye for the details. Reourceful-- you always find away to make it work. Solution oriented. Positive-- Pleasant to be around and work with Vendors and other Staff, able to get things done by working well with people. Flexible Hyper-organized-- Able to handle a large variety of projects and tasks and make sure nothing slips between the cracks. Utterly reliable Great Speaker- The ability to recruit and train agents. • Superior knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook email, internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. You need to be able to navigate efficiently through these programs. • Higher level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to create spreadsheets with summations and formatting with ease. • Be able to type at 45-65 WPM. • Responsible for data entry and daily reporting to the CEO of all salesperson commissions • Expense control and constant review of invoices for accuracy and profit leaks • Great internal and external customer service skills. Able to create solutions not only for direct customers, but for suppliers, and internal salespeople and employees Positive attitude with both types are paramount to success. • Very detailed follow up skills. We practice the Sundown Rule. Get back to your customers before the end of business. Do what you say you are going to do. Anything less is unacceptable. Communication is the key. • Excellent communication and phone skills (The customer needs to feel confident on the other end that you will follow through) • Collections: Contacting customers for final payment – being persistent, check receivables everyday • Customer Service status checks • Answer multi line phone • Invoicing customers/salesagents What it Takes to be Successful in this Position • #1 is a great attitude with a positive outlook on life • Good listener • Be able to communicate with sales team members and make it easy for them to utilize the office for support without attitude • Willingness to help new salespeople office and paperwork procedures for the office • Great note taking in the beginning (There is a lot of new info just like any job so taking notes shows initiative and respect) • Punctual • Able to think out of the box and not have to have your hand held for every decision. (We empower our people to make decisions!) • Quick learning ability (Being told 3 times the same thing is unacceptable) • Must not be afraid to ask questions • Great Outlook and Excel skills • Must be able to focus in a fast-paced environment (We have fun at work, but there is a minimum expectation of what needs to be done each day) • Willingness to express ideas that will better operations, we believe in making improvements that will better the system. Always looking for ways to create systems and structure to make projects and tasks flow better and be easier for the future. A great deal of common sense and business sense. Understand at a practical level how the world of business works so that you can help the company minimize costs and exposures and maiximize and leverage opportunities and relationships. Loves to create order out of choas but can also leave with good enough if there isn't enough return for the energy to do the last 10% to make it perfect.
