Talent Tree Staffing is recruiting for our client, a world class provider of supply chain managment services, in Dallas off 635/75. These are temp-to-hire positions! All schedules are M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm. All positions pay $9.50/hr. We have available positions in Dock/Receiving, Make Ready, Picking/Kitting, Material Handlers, and Customer Service. Requirements: Must be able to pass security clearance which requires a CLEAN background (no felonies or misdemeanors). Must have an original birth certificate. High school diploma/GED 18+ 6 months+ experience Duties (general in nature and not all-inclusive)Dock/Receiving: Load/unload carriers Identify and categorize inbound shipments Validate, inspect, and transact appropriate inbound shipments Deliver inbound shipments to appropriate destination Log problem receipts in/out appropriate systems Coordinate with requestors on special deliveries or pick ups Monitor intra/inter plant drop zones and move material as appropriate Manifest outbound interplant shipments Validate inbound interplant shipments Process all material the same day it is received Maintain Dock presence during core customer service hours Use MTrak system in all required instances  Make Ready: Count material prior to transacting into systems De-trash material as necessary Prepare material for stocking in accordance with appropriate Packaging and Handling codes (P&H) Screen for back orders on each lot – cash, package and deliver as necessary Stock material in appropriate locations Recognize and process expedited material Identify material needing P&H created or changed Use MTrak system in all required instances Accurately process all material in same work day  Picking/Kitting: Stock material in appropriate locations Comply with all P&H criteria Monitor workload throughout the day Accurately process material request (stocked, picked, transacted, delivered) in same day delivered/requested Validate all material picked to correct work order Consolidate all material for each work order Deliver material to appropriate locations Use MTrak system in all required instances Perform cycle counts and special audits of inventory as requiredCustomer Service Rep: Be able to handle each customer issue with and answer, assistance, and/or referral to an appropriate resource.
