2nd & 3rd shift CNC Operator

Applicant for CNC Operator position must have CNC machining experience, be detail-oriented, capable of handling delicate parts, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and be a team player, flexible and highly motivated to learn. Setting is clean lab environment. Requires standing for extended periods of time and some sitting at a workbench performing part inspection.  Must have manual dexterity, be able to follow procedures consistently and perform repetitive tasks.

 

Job Description:

Operating CNC controlled machines, measuring, handling and inspecting high precision parts, setting up and/or programming machine operations. May instruct, train or assist less experienced operators.

 

Qualifications:

·  CNC Lathe/Machining experience(Mazak & Hardinge)

·  Blueprint reading

·  Mastercam 9

·  High School Degree or equivalent

·  Prior experience in optical inspection with hand cleaning skills a plus

·  Mechanical trouble-shooting skills

·  Minimum 5 years experience
