All Tremco Group facilities are ISO 9001/9002 Registered. 2nd Shift Packager Cleveland, OH We are currently seeking individuals to work 2nd Shift in our Packaging Department at our Mameco facility.  This position is Temp to Perm. Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:  Operate machinery.  Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to appropriate person Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards Stage product for packaging or filling machine Remove finished packaged items from machine – ensure proper quality (ie. Labeling, fill level, cleanliness) and separate off spec or rejected items Secure finished packaged items  Document production, scrap and downtime Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:  Forklift experience a must and/or willingness to train Must be able to lift 50 pounds Basic computer skills required (Windows familiarity) Basic math skills required LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self motivated, quick learner Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English Click here for more information
