2nd Shift Supervisor

Description Job Description  2nd Shift Supervisor will assist the Sr. Distribution Manager in all aspects for Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Shipping and Inventory Management. Directs workflow to ensure days to ship, fill rate, return, re-ships, safety and additional quality metrics are maintained and reported. Supervise,  hire, train and motivate team to thrive in our fast-growing company. Interact with various departments (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Merchandising, Finance) with matters involving orders, shipment flow and inventory. Responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of products, supplies and customer returns at distribution facility. Responsible for inventory accuracy. Initiate and implement solutions for improving daily operations. *Please note that 2nd shift hours are from 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday.*Requirements  Qualifications  The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years Management experience in the distribution area. Proven track record with managing at least 50 employees. Strong communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities. Highly organized team player able to interact with all levels of staff. Proficient with computer applications and ERP/WMS systems. Process oriented and metrics driven.
