2nd Shift Tool Grinder Needed!JOB DESCRIPTION:Build, repair and maintain miscellaneous machine cutting tools. Support other departments tooling requirements. Perform second operations Assist in other departments with machine operations. REQUIREMENTS:   5 years machine shop Tool Grinding Able to operate machine tools such as; Universal Cutter Grinder, Optical Comparator, Milling machine, Surface Grinder, and General Machine Shop Equipment. Able to hold close tolerances to +/_ .0005 Knowledge of Shop Math. Comprehensive know of blue print reading. Own personal tools and measuring equipmentDUTIES:  Fabricate and build cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and hold close tolerances, working from blue prints, sketches and verbal instructions. Strong skills in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of existing tooling required. Able to complete jobs from start to finish, working individually, with little supervision. Able to determine best layout, setup, and machining procedures based on blueprint specifications and tolerances. Regrinding existing carbide & HS steel cutting tools  Notching, grinding, drilling, and razor cutting of sealsHOURS:  2:30 PM TO 1:00 AM  -  Monday –Thursday. AREA:  NORTH OF DENVER.______________________________________________________ Need flexibility in your work schedule?
