ACCOUNTING MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager will be responsible for oversight of the accounting activities at the Niles, Ohio facility.  Responsibilities include oversight of monthly accounting and finance functions, including Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance requirements.  This position will also oversee general ledger management and financial statement reporting and analysis.  In addition, this position will manage the accounting staff. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Â· Manage the general accounting process and staff.· Maintain and enforce accounting controls.· Oversee the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.· Ensure compliance with stated business process controls, including SOX related controls.· Interface with internal and external auditors.· Address complex accounting issues.· Forecast balance sheet and cash flows and analyze variances against actual results.· Manage A/R collections.· Special projects as assigned by the Controller or other finance department management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MBA preferred• Two to three years related experience with manufacturing companies, including public accounting experience.• CPA or CMA certification required• Strong computer skills using MS Office with extensive Excel knowledge/experience. • Experience with SAP and Hyperion desirable. Qualified candidates may send their resume to tblake@rtiintl.com .  Such showings of interest must include a cover letter and salary history.  If these items are missing the showing of interest will not be considered.   All RTI International Metals, Inc.
