IS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE YOUR STRENGTH???

 

Manufacturing co located in beautiful Camarillo, CA has immediate opening for this independent busy position. Responsible for a wide variety of accounting including: process all AP invoices in a timely and cost conscious manner; examine and verify data, distribute and code the proper G/L codes; cuts approximately 80 checks weekly.  Maintain established record keeping procedures in order to provide detail reporting for all financial transactions.  Reconcile vendor accounts and communicate same to vendors.  Assist in month end closing, and audits as required

 

Minimum 3 yrs full AP experience with Associates degree or higher in accounting or at least 5 yrs exp.
