AP/Travel Expense Administrator

ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion, is seeking an AP Travel Expense Administrator.  This individual will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operation of the Corporate Card program and On-Line Expense Reporting Program; prioritizing and driving system enhancements and implementation within the programs; partnering with internal cardmembers in developing strong working relationships at all levels across the company in order to drive adoption and compliance of programs.

 

Responsibilities will include: Manage card and Concur accounts, set-up and closing, revisiting limits, exceptions and other controls Handle security issues and personal issues related to cards with discretion Review spend analytics, analyze card spend for compliance. Conduct random audits of expense reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Provide reporting metrics to illustrate value of program Train end-users, of all levels, on the card and Concur use, policies and reconciliation. Manage file feeds from Concur into the Financial systems. Bachelors Degree preferred but not required 3+ years experience in expense T&E management. Oracle knowledge. Accounts Payable background. Training experience a plus Team oriented person who can focus on the details. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment Able to perform effectively in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively in a high growth Shared Services environment. Creative problem solving and innovative thinker. Self-motivated and directed with a keen sense of urgency to deliver results.
