AS/400 Programmer Analyst

AS/400 RPGILE programming support in a manufacturing setting. Application development in various functional areas of the business and with both new development and enhancements and modifications to existing application. Will work with all steps of the development life cycle including working with users to determine the necessary requirements for software development and then develop software and hardware application solutions from those identified specifications. You will confer with senior department members when project assignments demand it and/or when problems or questions arise when developing applications. QUALIFICATIONS: Individual should have a minimum of an AA degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience in iSeries computing environments using RPGILE. A wide range of programming skills are essential in fulfilling the job requirements. Individual should possess knowledge of manufacturing systems and be able to function as a software analyst.
