ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT MANAGER

Toyotomi America Corp., an automotive parts manufacturing plant in Springfield, KY is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Assistant Assembly Manager. This salaried individual will coordinate all phases of production in welding, painting and packaging operations; establish assembly standards and operating procedures; implement and direct continuous improvements; and assure safety, production quality and production schedules are met.

 Candidate should have a BS degree and/or at least 5 years’ experience in welding assembly operations in an automotive environment.  Candidate must be a self starter, team player, have strong computer skills, possess good written and verbal communication skills, as well as have analytical problem solving skills, a working knowledge of electrical/mechanical disciplines and strong organizational and team development skills. Experience in “just in time” production methods a plus, but not required.
