ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

ONEIDA LTD. has an immediate opening in our New York City office for an Associate Customer Marketing Manager who will report to the Customer Marketing Manager.  This individual would provide selling support to the Customer Marketing Manager and Sales Representatives.  Other responsibilities:  Assist the Customer Marketing Manager in preparation for sales meetings.  Also assist the Customer Marketing Manager with follow-ups after customer meetings and phone calls.  Support Sales Representatives with their requests including requests for samples, quotes, pictures of items, status of new items, etc.  Interact daily, with Sales Representatives, National Sales Manager, Customer Marketing Manager and Marketing team on all open items.  Expedite the timely selection of samples and make other arrangements, as requested, from accounts.  Prepare Power Point preparations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business preferred 2 - 3 yrs of business, marketing, customer service or related field preferred Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must possess good writing skills and experience and ability to work within prescribed time requirements Must be a team player working effectively with a wide variety of people Self motivated and ability to work independently in a fast paced, high pressure environment Handle data in a confidential manner Attention to detail a must
