Account Executive - Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania

Alcohol Monitoring Systems manufactures and sells the Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) bracelet which is worn on the ankle and takes an alcohol test every 30 minutes.  AMS is looking for an experienced sales professional to deliver our SCRAM continuous alcohol monitoring solution to courts and agencies and to private companies who provide the service to courts and government agencies.

Specific Responsibilities Include:Prospect and develop new customer relationships, and position the value of SCRAM to service partners, courts, and government agencies.Effectively articulate SCRAM features and benefits to judges, probation/parole officers, district attorneys, corrections and government officials using court and service partner references, marketing materials, peer-reviewed validation studies, and scientific and technological foundations.Maintain and nurture relationships with current courts and help our service partners provide effective monitoring services to the courts they service and assist them in maximizing utilization.Coordinate and manage supporting account services (sales management, marketing management, customer services, etc.) so that SCRAM is well positioned throughout the sales cycle.Prospect courts and ancillary agencies utilizing AMS' marketing group, and submit RFP's as appropriate.Pursue professional and personal development activities to ramp up your knowledge of the markets and industries that AMS serves.Update AMS' CRM system on a timely basis with accurate customer and pipeline information.

Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in electronic monitoring or capital equipment sales.Demonstrated success in selling into a judicial ecosystem, including leveraging service partners.Professionals from the criminal justice ecosystem looking to make a career change are encouraged to apply.  Experience in dealing with the judicial, corrections, criminal justice, or law enforcement field would be beneficial.

Compensation Plan:Base plus commission.

Travel Requirements:50% travel within your defined territory, as well as quarterly travel to AMS headquarters in Littleton, CO.

Other Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.Understanding of the sales process and cycle, particularly to government entities.Ability to effectively communicate AMS' and SCRAM's value propositions to multiple audiences.Strong computer skills.
