Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports credit services by ensuring that all incoming revenue is processed accurately and pro forma credit files are completed within established time lines.  The candidate must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use company policy and procedures effectively. 

The position retrieves bank reports; prepares electronic and non lock box payments for bank deposit, processes and posts all wires, checks, lock box payments and credit card receipts to correct customer's account. May require communication with customer or bank.  Assembles credit files for new pro forma customers.  Inputs TCM with new and updated customer information for accurate order processing, collection and reporting.  May require interaction with customer, customer service, accounting, territory managers, or sales.

 

 

Experience required:

Associate's degree in business field plus 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience.Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. 

 

The ideal candidate must be self-driven, forward thinker, organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.  Excellent interpersonal skills along with a can do attitude.
