Account Services Representative-Dealer Team

As an Account Services Representative-Dealer, you will answer incoming phone calls, emails, and letters regarding New Balance products from New Balance Dealers and Sales Representatives. You will resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner, effectively communicating New Balance's policies and procedures. You will complete return authorizations, cancellations, and revisions. In this role, you will work closely with the Order Allocator and Sales Representatives to release orders and help meet monthly shipment numbers. You will follow up with Dealers and Sales Representatives as needed, guaranteeing superior customer service. You will cross-train with Consumer Service Representatives to assure maximum phone coverage and broad based department experience. Two year college degree or equivalent. One to three years of related customer service experience. Strong computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. This position requires an extended hours schedule. Work hours include two days from 10:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and three days from 11:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Our products are designed to meet the diverse needs of consumers and our benefits are designed to meet the diverse needs of our associates.
