Opportunity: PFS Elizabeth is seeking an Office(Warehouse) Administrator. This position is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and Payroll functions. This BRAND NEW office is located just 5 minutes off Exit 13 on the NJ Tpk.

Responsibilities Include:

Payroll

• Processing weekly payroll

• Updating and maintaining employee files

Human Resources

• Processing pre-employment background checks and drug tests

• Conducting new hire orientations

• Administering employees benefits(Insurance, 401k, & FSA)

• Responding to HR inquiries from divisional staff, particularly those related to

policies and insurance benefits claim questions

• Reporting Workers Compensation claims

Accounts Payable

• Coding invoices, entering invoices, and printing checks

• Setting up vendors in the accounting system

• Calculating weekly cash requests for vendor payments

• Printing weekly sales and expense reports for managers

Accounts Receivable

• Applying account and non account payments

• Setting up customers in the accounting system

• Depositing checks

• Printing aging and making collection calls

• Addressing customer’s inquiries

• Printing monthly statements

Requirements

• Associates Degree is a +

• 5+ years experience with primary concentration in bookkeeping

• Prior experience working with ADP payroll system is highly desired

• Must have working knowledge of  Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail packages

• Ability to multi-task & prioritize work in order to meet specified deadlines
