We seek a key player to help advance our accounting and finance department to meet the needs of our growing company. Position reports directly to the CFO.

 

The Accounting Supervisor will:

  Assist with the quarterly closing and preparation of financial statements and reports Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts Reconcile bank statements Manage and improve the credit and collections system Analyze business costs and suggest improvements Prepare inventory reports, monitor inventory levels, and take action to optimize inventory utilization Manage a system of tracking commission and service payments due to independent contractors. Various financial, payroll, and financial reporting projects.



 

We seek candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

 

Degree in business or accounting 3-5 years relevant experience Familiarity with accounting systems such as Great Plains, MAS90 or Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency with business software, particularly Excel and Word Experience with preparing budgets and forecasts Experience in manufacturing or distribution a plus Good communication skills and ability to interact with all functions within a company as well as customers and vendors. Strong desire to contribute to the growth of an exciting company Flexibility and desire to take on broad job responsibilities necessary in a small and growing company
