Accounts Payable Coordinator

Stonyfield Farm, maker of all natural and organic yogurt, has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator. We promise two things: 1) You won’t have to milk any cows and 2) You’ll get a chance to eat lots of the best yogurt on earth.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for validating and matching purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. You will also prepare monthly accruals, process W9 for new vendors, and enter and distribute invoices for approval.  Additionally, you will interface with vendors to resolve any issues, as well as work with internal departments with their requests regarding purchase orders, receipts and invoices. Other responsibilities include scanning, photocopying, and filing various accounting documents, as well as maintaining the daily work flow of the department.

 

Our ideal candidate will have two years of data entry and bookkeeping experience; billing and invoicing experience preferred. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows NT, and knowledge of Fourthshift, and SAP are a plus. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a changing work environment is essential.
