The position reports to the Controller and is responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering payments, producing weekly aging for each location, correcting discounts in the system, filing invoices, payables, and miscellaneous reports through Excel. This position is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some overtime when necessary. Possible travel once or twice a year to other locations.Requirements:Strong bookkeeping skills. Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft products.Experience with Great Plains a plus.
