Accounts Receivable Clerk

Summary:

Excellent entry level opportunity to be apart of the Accounts Receivable Department, this position will have responsibility for protecting company assets through accurate and timely collection of Accounts Receivable through verbal/written communications.  The Accounts Receivable Clerk will have high visibility within the organization as well as daily interaction with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service,  Accounting teams and Senior Management.

The breadth of responsibilities includes:

ü Managing and Reconciling customer accounts

ü Processing financial transactions

ü Deduction Resolution

 

 

Experience:Accounts Receivable and Commercial Collections experience preferredExperience managing a portfolio of accounts a plusAccounting knowledge preferredBS/BA in related field preferred.

 

 

Skills:Ability to work in a Fast Paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization skills  Effectively manage multiple projects Detail OrientedProficient in Windows based computer applications w/emphasis on Excel & Access
