Help Starline USA, Inc. be a leader in the industry by acting as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor who obtains revenue; supervises staff; meets operational standards; controls expenditures; collects accounts; supports financial planning; updates receivables; maintains financial security; maintains accounting ledgers. The supervisor will completely oversee the collections area including both inside and outside Starline. The A/R Supervisor will learn and then supervise the credit holds and order release for Canada and assist as a backup for the US. This individual will also recreate our current credit applications for both the US and Canada. Monitoring and supervising the credit card processing will also be key responsibility of this position.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Can compute detailed calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentage. Can draw and interpret bar graphs.
Expert at designing, implementing, and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance.
Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees.
Skilled at supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.
Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.
Proficiency in using Excel, Lotus, or other applicable accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.
