Admin Analyst - H1706

Job Description Responsible for sending requests to suppliers and receiving chemical composition data at the p/n level for all Server mechanical and electrical parts.  Complete incoming document review (originator review) for completeness prior to uploading to Agile db.  Primary interface with Server Dev, Procurement  & Supplier to obtain completed forms, corrections & updates.  Primary interface with JP QA for document approvals.  For new programs, employee will manage an annual p/n level review and update program to satisfy corporate Environmental compliance requirements.  Job Requirements Excellent working knowledge of the Agile db is a must.  Strong organization and communication skills.  Ability to represent HGST in a professional manner at all times with suppliers.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize independently.  Works well across functional organizations.  Knows when and how to escalate effectively to achieve desired goals.  How to Apply TO APPLY: hgstcareers@hitachigst.com Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
