PacLease has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant - Franchise Relations at the company's headquarter in Bellevue, Washington. This person will be responsible for the following:Maintains and reviews legal agreements and files for assigned franchises in the PacLease system as well as franchise renewals, new main and branch locations.Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly franchise profiles for assigned franchise regions.Maintain vendor and forms databases, as well as IBS and access franchise databases.Maintain bulletin database of current and deleted bulletins, electronic bulletin files, etc.Assist in the coordination of meetings.Covers morning and afternoon breaks for receptionist and act as a back up on the phones when necessary.Special and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior professional experience.Degree in business administration or related field desired.Strong organizational skills.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.Strong PC skills.
