White Sands/TVC is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Phoenix, AZ office located at 21615 North 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85027.  This position is responsible for initiating and coordinating clerical functions required to support the sales function. Duties include answering telephones, relaying incoming and interoffice calls, and order entry.  This position is also responsible for performing basic clerical duties.

Qualified applicants must have over one year of related experience.  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to carry out assignments with moderate supervision.  Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.  Proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
