·  Terrific Opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead!  As an Administrative Assistant for this stable, well known company, you will responsible for general office duties at our Sarasota location.  The responsibilities include managing office communication including faxes, handling of daily telephone traffic, organizing and maintaining filing systems, ability to learn SAI systems, ability to read and interpret documents.  In addition, this position will require you to learn the cashier and weighmaster positions in order to fill in as needed. Must be able to handle multiple priorities while providing a high level of support in a fast paced environment.  Must have excellent customer service skills, communications skills and time management skills.  And must have the willingness to go the extra mile learning the scrap metal recycling industry.  Position offers excellent benefits, opportunity for growth and a great working environment. 

 

·  Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in cashiering and providing administrative support.  Must be able to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
