Administrative Assistant to Project Coordinator

Are you known as being a team-player with amazing work ethics and distinguished integrity?  Assistant to Project Coordinator needed for growing manufacturing company in Carlsbad.  Works as a team with one or more salespeople.  Works directly with one or more project coordinators.  Types all correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.  Requests estimates, code, sub quotes, and initial surveys.  Prepares purchase orders for review by the project coordinator.  Has a working knowledge of project tracking, keeps dates and notes on every job entered and follows up on requested items.  Prepares files for order entry and job closings (checks for all necessary items and follows up on missing items).  Becomes familiar with contacts. 

 

When directed by the project coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will prepare reports for meetings with salespeople, attend conference calls and roll-out meetings. 

 

The primary function of an Administrative Assistant is to relieve the project coordinator’s workload in order for the project coordinator to concentrate on customer contact and installation issues.

 

This description is not all encompassing and will include other duties as assigned.  Daily attendance is of the utmost importance.  There is room to grow in this position!
