Bucks County Manufacturing Company has outstanding opportunity for the right person. Report to the President and assist Manufacturing departments. We are looking for a take charge, energetic, dependable person with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. MUST be highly experienced in MS Office and other related computer programs.

Job requires: A minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands on experience performing multiple task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with varying people including fellow employees, customer, venders, etc. Ability to enter some accounts payable data into Peachtree Accounting. Work with Sales on incoming and outgoing RFQ's Assist Purchasing and Manufacturing. Responsible for answering the phones and update of the system Oversee all Office Equipment and Supplies Good sound typing skills, typing a minimum of 50 wpm Type from recorded dictation Take meeting and other notes responsible for the input and update of contact management base. Along with other misc office and administrative duties.
