About the Opportunity This position is a temporary position, lasting 8 to 12 weeks, with a possibility of going permanent. The key responsibilities are as follows: - Processing Accounts Receivable and customer payments. - Contacting customers with past due balances. - Processing completed job paperwork on a daily basis. - Providing Receptionist relief as needed. - Maintaining miscellaneous office filing. - Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Superb phone skills. Efficiently handles high volume of calls, answers and directs inquiries.
Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
Keys consistent volumes of data into the computer with speed and accuracy.
Types with speed and accuracy.
Skilled at using general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.
PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel.
PC experience in Windows environments. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software. Knowledge of Epicor's Vantage database software a plus.
Demonstrates strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish challenging work goals. Develops efficient work methods.
Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional products and services.
Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.
Track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
