Sirona has a full-time position open for an Administrative Coordinator at their Charlotte, NC facility.
SUMMARY
Relieves management of administrative detail, coordinates work flow, updates and chases delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines, takes initiative in management’s absence, and keeps projects on schedule by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Communication
o Compose correspondence/reports for own or management’s signature
o Arrange essential mail in priority action order for management
o Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
o Process replies on own initiative or from management’s dictation or notes
o Research, draft or abstract reports
· Appointments/Meetings
o Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require management’s presence
o Fix commitments to maximize management’s time efficiency; Allow decision/desk time
o Prepare agenda in advance and arrange meeting facilities when management chairs meetings
· Confidentiality
o Perform to earn management’s full confidence
o Assure discreet handling of all business
· Visitors - Arrange amenities as needed
· Travel
o Arrange travel
o Prepare itinerary, trip file and supplies
o Prepare expense report tools for management
o Complete expense reports after trip
· Routinely re-order department supplies
· Projects
o Handle administrative detail
o Seek greater role in projects within administrative and other areas of competence
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience in an executive assistant role is a plus.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
