We are currently seeking an experienced Aftermarket Operations Manager at our Bridgeton, MO location.



This position encompasses the following :

The position is responsible for developing strategies to support an Aftermarket distribution operation servicing 50 Hussmann branches and a number of key direct customers. The position is responsible for enabling these functions for distribution volume of 23M material spend for service and installation materials in North America. The role includes providing project management, management in a matrix organization, change management, and business performance analysis skills to improve efficiencies and profitability on a continuous basis. The position is a key contributor to the overall business development of Hussmann Aftermarket and provides parts operations expertise and part number management, part documentation, product branding, factory parts integration, distribution strategy, and network development. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective key operational processes that are subject to continuous improvement by using the most effective techniques (eg, six sigma, lean, etc).

Plays a leading role for developing and maintaining a high performance parts procurement-and distribution network with focus on overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Leads cross-functional team efforts to reduce costs, standardize components, and adapt new technologies.
Contributes to product and market development of RSA AM. Actively participates in the development and deployment of the RSA AM product lines, ensuring that the priorities are concentrated on the incremental growth of the overall business.
Assist with the strategy development process which identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
Key contributor and leader of major operations development projects for Hussmann Aftermarket: Leads the integration of the parts and materials supply chain from independently sourcing factory service parts departments into a single supply chain and sourcing strategy through the Aftermarket operation.
Responsibility includes developing and implementing proposals for the organizational structures and processes to integrate all factory Aftermarket parts operations functions such as purchasing, customer service and technical support into Aftermarket.
Develops and implements sourcing and fulfillment solutions through vendor drop-ship programs to maximize centralized control over branch parts and materials spend.



Qualifications :

Degree in management, business administration, or B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent work experience.
5-10 years experience in Aftermarket Operations including warehouse, inventory and procurement management. A
bility to travel 20%.
Lean Six Sigma Training and Green Belt certification a plus.
Excellent communications skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a matrix environment. Computer skills (MS Office, mainframe, e-mail)
