The qualified candidate will have primary responsibility for supporting the UTC HFM applications, using the suite of Hyperion and third-party related tools, including UpStream, MDM, Hyperion Reports, Analyzer and Star Analytics to support our customers across the BUs. Duties and responsibilities will include: 1) maintain HFM components including metadata, rules, lists and security; 2) Support data integration using UpStream software to move data from local sources into applications; 3) develop and test Hyperion reports; 4) provide help desk support for all HFM users; 5) maintain and run HFM and UpStream training; 6) coordinate defining business requirements for development activities with business unit finance and IT management; 7) support BI initiatives, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, data mining and dashboard development activities as needed.

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.

CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Candidate should possess strong interest and aptitude for technology, strong analytical and organizational skills, must be self-motivated, with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and possess ability to conduct training. Must be proactive in the BI technology area, with aptitude for process improvements. Experience with Hyperion, or comparable tools, preferred.
