Applications Sales Engineer

Our Company is currently seeking a career-minded individual to join our team in Texas.  We are seeking an aggressive, self-motivated professional who is experienced in doing field technical assistance (both pre-sale and post-sale) to include technical training, product demonstrations, custom project specifications, drawing development, and field problem resolution. A minimum of 5 years successful experience in applications engineering required and an engineering degree is preferred. The successful candidate will:   ·  Identify new product development initiatives ·  Work directly with customers and OEM’s to define solutions ·  Develop costing & submittal drawings for custom projects ·  Work as primary rep in technical discussions with customers ·  Provide sales team with technical device on data center solutions ·  Understand server/network equipment requirements ·  Understand sheet metal manufacturing   This position is the primary driver for profitably growing a segment of product sales.
