Arc 5 Clad Welder

Position Summary Must be able to weld overlay parts along with parts with intersecting bores Must have knowledge of the Arc 5 equipment and its operations Must be able to operate and troubleshoot the equipment and its attachments to identify weld equipment problems Must be able to read and interpret drawings, welding procedures and shop order documentation Must be able to perform in-process visual/dimensional of in-process inspections of weld overlayRequirements High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required Fluent in English, both reading and writing Able to perform tasks with limited supervision Good communication skills Capable of facilitating the welding team in diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving weld overlay and overlay equipment problems in order to maintain production of overlay parts Will be required to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with qualification procedures   All RTI International Metals, Inc.
