Art Manager / Graphic Designer

Due to our tremendous growth, Deco Lav, Inc. has the following immediate opportunities in our Marketing Department at our Deerfield Beach, FL location. 

 

Art Manager:  We are looking for a growth-oriented individual to support the strategic direction of the Marketing Department by managing, directing and evaluating the graphic design team.  The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Graphics with 4-6 years of related experience.  The primary responsibilities will be to develop the design and completion of catalogs, brochures and other marketing collateral along with the creation of ads and packaging .  This person will also work with outside vendors on website and video production for visual design and content while using creative thinking to formulate creative ideas and solutions.

 

Graphic Designer:  This individual is responsible for designing art and copy layouts for ads, catalogs, presentations, brochures, etc.  The ideal individual must have an Associates Degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination education with at least 2-5 years of graphic design experience.  Additional responsibilities include the design/layout of tradeshow materials, Color Correct and retouch art; creation of PowerPoint presentations, photo/image library, research for new projects, and editing and proofing copy.

 

Both positions require the ability to feel and sense trendy design along with being an excellent communicator and team player.  Excellent computer skills in graphics programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office is a must.
