To support centralized customer services for the Americas (US, CAN, MEX) that encompasses Cellular, Corporate Card, Expense Reporting, Fleet and Procurement Card services.

Support of end users; Contact with suppliers as liaison on customer service issues; Analysis of monthly data/reporting for services (Cellular, Corporate Card, Expense Reporting, Fleet and Procurement Card); Audit billing statements from suppliers to ensure accurate monthly billing and reporting; Maintain services web site information on Intranet; Participate in monthly customer advisory board and supplier management meetings; Employ Lean Six Sigma principles; Troubleshoot service area technology issues and work with suppliers or internal IT to correct.
