Department  Catalyst Paper Recycling Inc.

  Reporting to the Director, Recovered Paper

 

Location  Snowflake Mill, Snowflake, Arizona

 

Principle Responsibilities  Provide support to Director, Recovered Paper

 

 Build and Maintain positive ongoing relationships with suppliers

 

Understand what grades of paper are used at the mill and how incoming paper quality impacts the operation

 

Provide quality customer service and feedback support to suppliers

 

  Facilitate and assist in resolving supplier quality issues

 

  Evaluate and monitor on-going supplier performance

 

  Track and publish inventory on a weekly basis

 

Attend and/or speak at recycling conferences in order to educate the various stakeholders about how recycling programs benefit the State and the environment

 

 

 

Skills/Experience Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

 

  Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

 

  Detail oriented, able to prioritize and manage projects to meet

  deadlines in a fast paced environment

 

Must be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and possess a positive and professional image

 

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) applications
