We have an immediate opportunity in our Pittsburgh, PA territory for:Assistant Global Product ManagerResponsibilities: Assist Product Management with worldwide operational and marketing initiatives for assigned product lines.Perform market research and competitive analysis, interface with customer groups, engineering, and sales to sustain growth of product lines and assist with management aspects of product life cycle.Participate in development and implementation of marketing plans, promotions, and marketing programs for related to products, services or business development.Support and lead operational management duties that include global product forecasting and product line quality analysis and reporting.Requirements: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field of study or the equivalent business experience. Engineering/technical degree desired. MBA highly preferred.3 years of related experience with exposure to clinical service, engineering, sales or related field. Experience and knowledge of healthcare industry with medical device or business to business services highly desirable. Capable of rapidly acquiring product knowledge.Position requires travel, the ability to do public presentations, work within clinical environments and with engineering teams. Requires approximately 30% travel. Attendance at tradeshows which require long periods of standing. Must be capable of driving.
