Buckeye RoadPhoenix,Arizona 85007 Email:  Apply by Email Phone:  602-258-5383 Fax:  602-258-5363 Assistant Office Manager Provide general direction and supervision to the Office staff.  Ensure that the policies and procedures of SOP 590 Office Functions are complied with.  Post daily journal, update P & L forecast and also handles special billing and updates.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year end reports to the General Office and management which includes bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P reconciliation, taxes, commissions, accrued inventory, quarterly inventory reconciliation and end of year annual independent audit reports.  Maintain computer maintenance and updates and is responsible for ordering computer supplies.  Act as relief Office Manager in her/his absence and fill in for office staff as necessary.  Act as back up for the payroll function as required.  The position supervises an office staff of six.  This position reports to the Office Manager.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Associates Degree in Accounting preferred and 2-3 years supervisory experience.  Relevant work experience may be substituted for education experience.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as various Internet web browsers.
