Assistant Product Manager - Bilingual Korean/English

We are currently seeking an Assistant Product Manager in our Digital Appliance OEM division.  Under the general direction of the Product Manager, the incumbent will oversee all PSI preparation and management; serve as leading liaison between factory in Korea, NJ headquarters and customers, regarding all PSI activities.  You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, sell-thru interpretation; and general account administration.

 

Duties include supervising shipment plans from our factory in Korea to ensure efficient allocation of products in a high mix SKU to satisfy our customers. Improvising inventory levels, production capacity, and analyzing product demand to determine the optimal level which will ensure products availability and minimize inventory costs.  Cross-functional leadership is required between client, factories, and warehouses across different channels of the supply chain.

 

Position is also responsible for analyzing, reconciling, balancing and maintaining marketing fund records; controlling account’s expenditures and budgets with A/R, performing analyses on marketing fund and related systems and providing budget projections on expenditures and balances.

 

Successful candidate will have a bachelor degree in business related field with some administrative experience. Good organization skills and demonstrated ability to use advanced techniques in spreadsheet and presentation software, good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in different English and Korean.  Some travel, including international may be required.
