Boxerbrand, a Boston-based company dedicated to the superior manufacturing of products for the restaurant and hospitality industries, is seeking to hire an individual to assist the Production Supervisor in the daily operation of our bindery. Eventual promotion to Production Supervisor may be a possibility.

Essential to this hire is a basic understanding of bindery-related processes, as well as a good aptitude for operating successfully in a manufacturing environment. Beyond that, we seek an individual with a great work ethic, an ability to work well with people, an organized approach to daily tasks, and a passion to create top quality products. If you are willing to diligently learn our method and techniques, we are prepared to provide you with the training.
Responsibilities will include: scheduling work flow, set-up of equipment, supervising line personnel, ordering supplies, and all manner of overseeing general factory work.
