Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager

 

Our retail furniture store is on the move!  Come grow with us!  We have an opening for a knowledgeable professional to ASSIST the store manager in all aspects of store management. Interested candidates must be BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) and possess a genuine desire to work with our customers.  In short, must be customer-driven!

 

Essential Functions:

- Assisting in hiring, training, coaching & motivating a sales team to reach their goals

- Learn sales software program; enter data in excel and prepare reports

- Develop expertise in assisting sales staff with approach and in closing sales

- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

 

Qualifications:

- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Sales experience a plus, but we will train

- Computer literate

- A good leader
