Assistant Tax Director, International Operations

Position Summary:

Responsible for complying with US income tax implications of international operations and transactions. Improve and develop processes and procedures to ensure international tax compliance requirements are satisfied

Position Responsibilities:

Manage international income tax compliance process, preparation and review of Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865

Management of the Company’s foreign tax attributes such as E&P, tax pools and preparation of Form 1118

Manage the preparation and review of section 199 domestic production activities deduction

Assist in FAS 109 reporting with respect to international operations, including FIN 48 and APB 23 impacts

Respond to IRS inquiries with respect to international operations

Assist with international tax planning initiatives and M&A activities

Manage US withholding tax compliance process

Professional Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA and Masters in Taxation highly desirable

Minimum 10 years of international tax related experience

Familiarity with tax compliance software.

Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines

Daily interaction with international personnel and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management is essential.

Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills

A high level of computer literacy is required, with particulate emphasis on Microsoft applications.
