Assistant Treasurer

 

Main Responsibility/Authority:

Responsible for corporate treasury department.

 

Main Tasks:

·  Maintain the Company’s credit agreements and negotiate amendments, as necessary

·  Be primary contact with the Company’s lenders

·  Prepare, maintain, and report worldwide weekly cash and debt availability forecasts, periodic interest expense forecastsIdentify, recommend, and implement worldwide cash management enhancementsIdentify, recommend, and implement inter-company debt reduction strategiesMonitor and recommend amendments to employee benefit plan investmentsEnsure regulatory compliance with employee benefit plans Direct worldwide interest rate and foreign currency hedging programsOversee worldwide risk management function

·  Maintain effective internal controls over cashLiaise with Tax Director in developing inter-company debt reduction strategiesLiaise with European Finance Director in developing inter-company debt and cash reduction strategies

·  Provide reporting as needed

·  Establish and report on treasury metrics (dashboards)

·  Ensure compliance with company policies

·  Other special projects as needed

 

 

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Finance or BusinessMBA a plus

·  Ten+ years of treasury/financial planning & analysis/accounting experience

·  Work industry experience in manufacturing environment

·  SAP experience a plus

·  Experience in negotiating credit agreements

·  Experience with asset based lending

·  Experience in implementing cash management and treasury systems

·  Experience in monitoring investments in employee benefit plans

·  Exposure to derivatives
