Associate Marketing Manager

Associate Marketing Manager  Department: Marketing, Corporate Office – Seattle  Reports To: Director of Marketing  Summary: Pacific Coast Feather Company is seeking a creative, self-motivated individual who will support and lead the development and implementation of marketing communications, programs and initiatives in support of new and existing branded products. Description of Position / Duties  • Lead development, review and approval of packaging and marketing communications – including point of sale, promotions and training materials - providing feedback to ensure creative is consistent with brand guardrails.  • Responsible for copywriting associated with packaging and marketing communications – including point of sale, promotions, press releases and sales materials - that delivers appropriate brand tone/voice.  • Act as Marketing member on cross functional teams in support of marketing and sales activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with brand, merchandise and retail account strategic direction.  • Maintain ongoing market intelligence – monitor retailer stores, websites, and circulars as well as competitive packaging and in-store merchandising.  • Monitor/track brand-specific sales data and assist with sales data analysis.  • Minimal travel required.  Other  • Assist with trade show preparations and NY Showroom setup as needed.  • Coordinate product photo shoots with Graphic Design Department and attend as Marketing/ product representative.  • Shipping and tracking of packages as needed.  • As the PCFC business evolves, take on additional responsibilities as needed
