Responsibilities

 



· Responsible for the monthly loading and validation of company MRP data integrity.

· Create, coordinate, and communicate weekly master production schedule (MPS) to all responsible parties.

· Conduct inter-organization weekly production review.

· Identify and manage production spikes and material gross requirements.

· Manage and report physical inventory levels, turns, and values.

· Identify, report, and assist with excess and obsolete material disposition.

· Develop Cognos reporting to support supply chain operational requirements.

· Train and develop supply chain team members in all areas of Oracle and systems reporting.

· Responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of accountability. Collaborate with others to be aligned with BREG’s achievement expectations and Cultural Beliefs.  Achieve the desired results by using the tools of the Cultural Transition. Consistently See It, Own It, Solve It and Do It.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree from college or university.  Related experience and vocational training or technical school may be substituted for some or all. Minimum of 1-2 years master planning experience in high volume or /and high mix manufacturing environment. Advanced functional knowledge in Oracle or equivalent ERP manufacturing application. Advanced functional knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
