About the Opportunity


The Associate Program Manager is responsible for customer order planning and management. They are responsible for working with functional teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure customer orders are planned, entered and executed to exceed customer expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications

· Interface with the customer to define order priorities, monitor customer orders to ensure timely execution, and ship dates.

· Engineering Change management.

· Manages complexities and competing priorities to communicate to the team what has changed and when it is required.

· New product introduction- coordinate functional teams to ensure all items on the NPI checklist are met and new product builds are executed flawlessly.

· Must have promotable qualities, desire for further career growth and personal challenge.

· Analytical Abilities are necessary to anticipate, project and plan the business.

· Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, problem solving and people skills. Strong Customer Service Skills. Excellent written and verbal skills.

· Experience in materials planning master scheduling and ERP/MRP systems.

· An understanding of Lean Manufacturing

· MS Office. Lotus Notes an asset.

· Bachelors degree, 3-5 years work experience
