US Midland, Texas  - Associate Sales Professional Herff Jones, a national leader in sales of Scholastic Achievement, Motivation, and Recognition products, is looking for a high energy, independent individual who would like to eventually run their own business.   This position will be an ASSOCIATE to a successful Independent Sales Professional while preparing you to run your own protected territory.  A Herff Jones Sales Representative is an independent contractor appointed to represent Herff Jones scholastic products in a specific territory.  Such Herff Jones scholastic products are sold to public, private and parochial schools within an assigned area.  As an independent contractor, the sales representative operates a business in the representation of Herff Jones products.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: ·  Enjoys the independence of developing your own business.·  Ability to build relationships.·  Has above average energy level.·  Enjoys meeting new people and interacting with students.·  Has organizational skills and attentive to detail.·  Good character with responsible credit history.·  Previous sales experience helpful but not required.·  The ideal candidate should have a four-year college degree.·  Dependable transportation·  Good Time Management Skills·  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
