Providing temperature-controlled environments for food and other perishables are essential in today’s global market. Through our Climate Control Technologies sector and Thermo King and Hussmann brands, we provide global solutions for the transportation and retail refrigeration market.







We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Supply Manager at our Bridgeton, MO location.



This position encompasses the following :

Lead cross functional teams in the pursuit of reduced costs through VA/VE techniques or other enablers
Develop and maintain centralized database of spend by category
Leverage spend across all businesses to optimize cost effectiveness
Integrate/participate with IR COE’s on common commodities/services, either as team leader or team member
Rationalize supply base through consolidation or outsourcing
Build thorough understanding of all Climate Control businesses and their specific needs. Integrate needs into total Climate Control business plans for commodities/services.


Qualifications :

BS in related fields (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering)
One to Three years of experience in strategic sourcing roles. Three to Five years overall experience in supply chain related functions
Team leadership in a cross functional environment
Excellent computer skills
Professional certification (C.P.M.) preferred
