To be considered for this position, the following is required:Minimum of 5-10 years experience with injection blow molding manufacturingExperience with mold set-ups and processing and/or maintenance on blow molding equipmentStrong technical background – troubleshooting blow molding issuesExperience working on projects to improve production processes (cycle time reductions, process improvements, lean manufacturing, quality, etc.)Hands-on approach to blow molding manufacturingBS degree is a plusSome supervisory experience is a plus
